A snapshot of Your Day
The project engineering lead takes ownership of the design for project specific adjustments and independently coordinates and develops detailed design concepts together with alkaline Electrolyser system provider(s).

How You’ll Make an Impact:
Co-ordination and control of the interface to the electrolysis system provider to ensure
deliveries in time and to the required quality
Actively collect all necessary information to support the integration of the electrolysis system into the hydrogen plant
Ensures compliance with the customer specification
Responsible for implementation, steering and control of Process design/engineering as per the Workflows and Processes.
Track status of time schedule and proactively follow up input/output to ensure document and hardware delivery according to schedule.
Organizing internal meetings with team, Design reviews with Reviewers, meeting with customer and interface management with internal partner, Commissioning, Automation team, and other disciplines
Responsible for identifying gaps within the team and pulling support from other project teams, experts, global & regions to ensure quality of deliverables.
Provide support to the team in timely resolution of issues with suppliers, resolution of
technical comments from reviewers/interdisciplinary teams.
Ensure availability of all inputs from suppliers and partners to the team and provide milestone inputs to interfacing departments.
Responsible for data and document management and publishing of data
Support in HAZOP and risk assessment and SIL study for various systems.
Support in resolution of site issues/commissioning issues.
Participate in concept review, interdisciplinary review, Design reviews and other drawing/document reviews
Perform inter-disciplinary co-ordination on day to day basis & follow up for open points
Sharing of Lesson Learnt/Best Practices with other project teams.

What You Bring:
The successful completion of a master's degree in process engineering or related engineering areas is available
Knowledge of codes and standards – DIN/ ASME / API / ANSI / NEMA / NPFA etc.
Expertise in the field of alkaline water electrolysis, operational concepts and I&C systems
Teamwork & collaboration capabilities including communication skills
Intercultural sensitivity and willingness to travel
Fluent knowledge of English and Chinese
Great passion for the area of energy transition and decarbonization
