A snapshot of your day
Support Head Of Hub Operation to ensure operational excellence and performance across the RoW Hub by managing, tracking and optimizing key systems and administrative processes. This role supports the daily RoW Hub operations of real estate management and tracking system, and other hub administrative tools, while driving data quality, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives. This role also needs to coordinate the periodic tracking meetings and follow up with other assigned RoW Hub administrative tasks, be proficient in MS office 365(Excel, PowerPoint, Teams planner), AI tool (ChatGPT, Copilot), and other future IT tools for daily working.
How you’ll make an impact
System Oversight & Data Quality
Monitor and ensure data integrity in Siemens Energy Real Estate Management tools and platforms.
Conduct regular reviews and coordinate with regional teams to ensure timely updates and corrections.
Support data quality reviews and reporting cycles.
Collaborate with asset managers, property managers, project managers on initiatives such as lease tracking, project tracking and forecasting.
Administrative Coordination
Manage RoW Hub administrative tasks including training records, management team calendar, meeting agenda and minutes, SharePoint, homepage, reporting templates, and internal communications.
Support onboarding and knowledge transfer processes for new team members in RoW Hub.
Operational Excellence
Support implementation of global guidelines and standards and be a liaison between RoW Hub and central RE teams.
Support to continuous improvement initiatives across RoW Hub Operations.
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate/Asset Management related degree.
5+ years of work experience in Real Estate Industry, experience in corporate real estate for operations management, or real estate management, or real estate project management is a plus.
Knowledge and experience in enterprise Real Estate management systems is a plus.
Good knowledge in using Multi-national Company’s IT software and tools.
Team player with good collaboration skills within the RoW Hub and across RE central team.
Knowledge of Energy business, organization, processes and internal customer requirements is a plus.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Aspiration to be developed further in the Real Estate team.
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
