A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Head of the virtual tender team for HVDC Control & Protection , you will work within an experienced multi-disciplinary team to plan and tender complex technical solutions for HVDC Projects to set the basis for future execution projects in the international growing HVDC market.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Manage virtual offer factory team consisting of key competencies required for project offer elaboration
- Plan and execute project offer preparation in alignment with Sales and Tender teams and key interfaces
- Handle, in accordance with the agreed baseline, the requested tasks to win new opportunities and tenders assigned
- Lead and coordinate Offer Team resources for achieving goals
- Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders
- Organize regular reviews, administrate reference and forster lessons learned
- Understand customers requirements and business cases in order to set a base for the proposed solution
What You Bring
- University degree in electrical and electronic engineering or similar relevant qualification
- Extensive experience in Control & Protection systems
- Advanced knowledge and experience in Project management
- Fluent English mandatory (spoken and written), German desirable
- Excellent leadership skills
- Excellent analytical skills to understand customer requirements and where to provide value-added inputs
- Excellent team skills, initiative and customer orientation
