- Lead budget and forecast for service(s) monthly.
- Understand and lead discussions with 3rd party vendors regarding Application Maintenance Support, Software Licenses and Contract Renewals.
- Collaborate with global project teams to understand functional requirements, estimates, delivery, etc.
- Implement technical solutions to satisfy Time and Attendance functional requirements while ensuring quality and timely delivery
- Develop and maintain thorough subject matter expertise of country specific configurations
- Support group when needed in IT audit requests and Cyber Security reviews and audits.
- Proven experience in leading and implementing Time and Attendance Solutions using Leading market applications (i.e. mySPGI, UKG, Dayforce, Workday)
- Bachelor’s degree required. HR or IT emphasis preferred or relevant work experience in this field.
- Expertise in Positive and Negative Time Keeping, Absence Management and Scheduling
- 5+ years of experience in Time and Attendance /client facing experience following Waterfall and Agile Methodologies, PMP Certification is a plus or payroll experience. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa.
- Integration knowledge for interfaces involving HCM and/or Financial and excellent consulting and communication skills with the ability to engage collaborators at all levels.
