A Snapshot of Your Day 

You will be a key member of our HR Business Partner Team and working closely together with the leadership team of one of our businesses here in Germany. You will work with leaders to drive all people objectives. You will need to be highly motivated and passionate about all HR topics (hiring, career development initiatives, leadership development, organizational change management) and drive these topics in a close partnership with business. You also ensure operational excellence in all HR topics in your area of responsibility.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Being the trusted HR expert in supporting the leaders in the area of responsibility to ensure operational excellence
  • Implementation of HR guidelines, processes and programs, lead HR projects in your area of responsibility also across locations 
  • Coaching and supporting leaders to realize the full potential of their team members, including leadership development training
  • Driving the career development, talent, and succession management to ensure that we find great career development opportunities for our people, and align our greatest talents to our most challenging roles
  • Supporting the leadership team in driving improvements in the way we develop and implement the transformation in our energy business, advising on effective change management approaches to accelerate adoption
  • Partnering with leaders and talent acquisition to ensure we effectively recruit 
What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 5+ years of Human Resource Generalist experience, ideally with experience of working with populations of technical professionals (Engineering, R&D, etc.)
  • Secure knowledge of labor and works constitution law 
  • Strong consulting competence, cooperation, and empathy as well as decision-making ability
  • Methodological knowledge from conflict management, change management or coaching is an advantage
  • Good German and English language skills
