Imagine diving into the full lifecycle of a strategic initiative, where you will analyze existing reporting processes, gather requirements from stakeholders, and explore innovative concepts for integrating qualitative business information into modern reporting solutions. You will also investigate the exciting application of Generative AI to create intuitive user experiences for decision-makers. Your contributions will directly support the implementation and adoption of these concepts, making a real impact on the organization.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Analyze current reporting, analytics, and decision-making processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Gather requirements from business stakeholders and end users to ensure solutions meet their needs.
• Investigate and design concepts for integrating qualitative business information into reporting solutions.
• Explore the application of Generative AI within analytics and reporting processes to enhance insights.
• Develop recommendations and solution proposals, driving implementation alongside developers and business partners.

What You Bring

• You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• You possess strong analytical, structured, and methodical working skills.
• You have a keen interest in digitalization, business intelligence, data analytics, and AI technologies.
• You can understand business processes and translate them into practical digital solutions.
• You demonstrate strong communication and stakeholder management skills, thriving in an international and cross-functional environment.

About the Team
You will collaborate closely with business partners from Business Controlling and Finance, as well as software developers and technical experts. A dedicated Digitalization Expert will provide guidance and mentorship throughout your project, ensuring you have the support you need to succeed. This team is passionate about driving digital transformation and creating impactful solutions that enhance decision-making processes.
