A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Student Worker in the Technology Onshore Platform team, you will support project managers and technical leaders in driving communication, coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives across our global organization. One day you may be preparing materials for a town hall meeting, facilitating follow-ups from cross-functional workshops, or creating reports and dashboards in Power BI. Another day, you could be helping the team streamline processes through AI-powered tools and automation. You’ll collaborate with team members across different departments from different countries, contributing to meaningful projects and gaining valuable insights into our operations.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support project managers with communication activities, project roadmaps and coordination across the Technology Onshore Platform organization.
- Prepare, moderate, and follow up on meetings, workshops and presentations, ensuring clear communication and action tracking.
- Contribute to town halls, monthly communication cycles and other engagement activities across the organization.
- Create analyses, reports, and dashboards using Excel and Power BI to support data-driven decision-making.
- Support ad hoc business and project-related tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Explore and leverage AI and automation tools to improve processes and reduce manual work.
What You Bring
- Currently enrolled in a higher education program, preferably within Business, Engineering, Data Analytics or a related field.
- Experience working with Excel and Power BI, including data analysis, reporting and visualization.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
- A proactive mindset with the confidence to take initiative, suggest improvements and drive tasks forward independently.
- Curiosity, creativity and a willingness to learn new tools and ways of working.
- Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment with stakeholders from different backgrounds and cultures.
- Interest in AI and automation is considered an advantage.
- Danish and/or Spanish language skills are beneficial but not required.
About the Team
You will join the Technology Onshore Platform team, a global organization responsible for current and future onshore wind platform products. The team consists of approximately 22 colleagues located across Denmark, Spain, Germany, and India, with broad collaboration across a global network of more than 300 stakeholders.
