• Experience in a leadership role within a sales environment, preferably with a focus on data management and AI.
• Strong understanding of transparency creation and business enablement processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills as well as ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with AI tools and technologies is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Data Science, or a related field
