A Snapshot of Your Day 

Bring strategies to life. As a Working student in Grid Technologies Marketing with a focus on Fairs & Events, you’ll be part of our strategic marketing team, planning and organizing our international trade shows and Congresses.

How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Support the event manager in the event organization
  • Create presentations and keep track on budget expenses
  • Coordinate schedules, roadmaps and bookings with our events team
  • Keep our SharePoint event overview up to date
  • Support reporting & feedback analysis after events
  • Bring fresh ideas to make our events unforgettable
What You Bring
  • Current studies in marketing, media, technical journalism, business informatics, industrial engineering or a similar field of study 
  • Excellent knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel)
  • Digital first minded, first experiences with AI desired
  • Ability to process technical information and learn on the go 
  • Knowledge of Creative Cloud programs is an advantage 
  • Team player, organized, creative & ready to take initiative
