A Snapshot of Your Day 

We are launching a large-scale campaign to clean and consolidate duplicate accounts in Salesforce—targeting up to 30,000 duplicate record sets. As a working student, you will play a key role in reviewing and merging these records, ensuring data integrity and operational efficiency across our global sales organisation.


How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Access and process duplicate record sets in Salesforce
  • Review account data (names, addresses, related objects) and merge duplicates when clearly identifiable
  • Contacting IT support in case of technical issues or reaching out to Account Owners globally to confirm duplication status
  • Using COSMOS to identify inactive Account Owners and escalate to their managers or regional sales leads
  • Communicate professionally and confidently with stakeholders across regions
  • Log and report progress, blockers, and resolved cases

What You Bring
  • Enrolled in a university programme (preferably in Business, IT, or related fields)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of Salesforce or high willingness to learn quickly
  • Technical aptitude with software tools and data systems
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems and comfortable working in an international environment
