A Snapshot of Your Day

Joining our team as a Working Student in Information& Training Excellence means immersing yourself in a dynamic and diverse environment where growth is both professional and personal. Your primary role revolves around providing comprehensive support for the Sales Academy project, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of training programs. 

How You Will Make an Impact
  • Provide overall support throughout the Sales Academy project, ensuring smooth execution and delivery of training programs
  • Create training materials (including video editing) to enhance the effectiveness of the trainings
  • Updating and maintaining of internal SharePoint ensuring all the latest news, updates, and relevant information is available for all the team
  • Support on the managing of internal communication channels
  • Creating presentation materials and assisting in project management
  • Understanding event requirements and ensuring all logistical aspects meet standards
  • Tracking the status of event preparations and reminding team members of upcoming deadlines
  • Using electronic systems to index, store, and retrieve event-related documents
  • Distributing event information to relevant parties and ensuring they are aware of their roles and responsibilities
  • Preparing and updating procedures for event management within the company
  • Building strong working relationships with team members and external partners
What You Bring
  • Current studies in any field, ideally with a focus on sales
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Power Point and interested in video editing
  • Initial experience with SharePoint Design is an advantage
  • Creative and business oriented and passionate about training
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Excellent organizational skills and a passion for planning.
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with team members and stakeholders across different locations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and long-distance interactions effectively.
  • Excellent level of English in both writing and speaking
  • Availability to work from our Bucharest office 3 days per week, with 2 days remote
