As a Competent Technician for Commissioning in our Business Unit Offshore, your day will revolve around the installation and commissioning of offshore wind turbines worldwide, contributing to our mission of making a green footprint. You will work closely with the EHS team to ensure safety, troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, and support HV and installation work. Your role will also involve training new colleagues and performing the installation of retrofit kits and snagging tasks. Denmark-based position with global travel, joining a team dedicated to a sustainable future.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Focus on the installation and commissioning of offshore wind turbines worldwide (EU, US, and APAC).
• Perform, supervise, train, and ensure safety within installation and commissioning, working closely with EHS.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
• Support HV and installation work.
• Supervise and conduct the training of new colleagues and 3rd party employees.
• Perform the installation of retrofit kits and snagging tasks.

What You Bring

• Successfully completed an apprenticeship as an electrical technician (e.g., electrician, industrial electronics, industrial electrician, mechatronics).
• Sound working experience within the wind industry, ideally in the offshore environment covering all aspects of the installation and commissioning phase.
• Willingness and ability to work offshore in shift patterns, with the capability to transfer via helicopter or small transfer vessels for crew changes.
• Ability to manage administrative tasks in a structured and self-dependent manner.
• Strong intercultural skills and enjoyment of working in multinational teams.
• Proficiency in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
