- Strategic partnership with business leaders and hiring managers across a complex global matrix organization to develop and execute recruiting strategies aligned with business priorities
- Operational leadership and coaching of project teams, ensuring effective workload allocation, capacity planning, prioritization, and delivery against KPIs and service level expectations
- Leadership of Talent Acquisition projects and support of organizational transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across the global Talent Acquisition organization
- Analysis of recruiting metrics and market insights to identify optimization opportunities and drive data-informed decisions that enhance recruiting effectiveness and process excellence
- End-to-end management of recruiting activities across a broad range of functions and position levels, including both tariff and non-tariff roles, while ensuring an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience
- Close collaboration with HR, Works Councils, business leaders, and global stakeholders to provide guidance on recruiting processes, governance, labor relations, and talent acquisition strategies
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Extensive Talent Acquisition experience with a strong end-to-end recruiting generalist background, ideally gained within a global industrial or corporate environment
- Proven experience leading recruiting projects and successfully navigating complex matrix organizations with multiple stakeholder groups
- Strong project management skills and experience driving recruiting or organizational transformation initiatives.
- High data affinity with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions using applicant tracking systems and recruiting analytics
- Sound understanding of collective bargaining agreements (tariff structures), experience collaborating with Works Councils, and familiarity with governance processes in a corporate environment
- Professional proficiency in German and English
