A Snapshot of Your Day
As an Electrical Supervisor, you will oversee daily production operations, leading teams and managing resources to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to meet production goals, uphold safety and quality standards, and continuously improve processes.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Manage human and material resources to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.
- Supervise correct use and operation of machinery, promoting continuous employee training.
- Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with EHS standards.
- Monitor and achieve key area KPIs such as production plan, overtime, inventory, and maintenance.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- At least 1 year of experience in industrial manufacturing or assembly environments.
- Technical knowledge of CNC machines, industrial equipment, manufacturing processes, SAP, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Strong competencies in communication, leadership, risk management, emotional intelligence, creativity, and innovation.

You will work closely with Factory Management, commercial and technical teams, and support areas such as Quality, Engineering, EHS, HR, Finance, and IT, within a collaborative and results-driven manufacturing environment.
