A Snapshot of Your Day
Design and mechanical calculation of electrical machine components, technical quotation preparation and order processing in coordination with Marketing & Sales
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Design and mechanical calculations of electrical machine components (generators and motors)
- Project support for sales as well as design and implementation of feasibility studies, creation of retrofit concepts (customer consulting, retrofit studies, customer presentations, etc.)
- Technical quotation and order processing for spare parts, repairs/ overhauls and upgrades
- Support in technical operational and damage analysis (RCA)
- Support and adaptation of existing calculation programs for electrical machines
- Management of and participation in R&D projects (design integration, design to cost etc.)
What You Bring
- Successfully completed studies in the field of mechanical engineering
- Professional experience in the field of generators and design of different manufacturers desirable.
- Very good knowledge in the field of design and mechanical calculation of electrical machines.
- Knowledge of the design tools ProE/Creo and AutoCad.
- Very good German and good written and spoken English skills.
- Intercultural experience desirable.
