Join our team and take the lead in managing installation contractors for assigned disciplines and systems, ensuring we meet our commitments in terms of EQS, cost, and time. You will play a crucial role in reducing nonconformance costs and driving project excellence. How You’ll Make an Impact

• Maintain local and SE's Zero Harm standards during your work on construction sites, in the office and during mobile working. Familiarize yourself with the Zero Harm Framework and lead by example applying the values and requirements set out.
• QA/QC: Ensure installation per Design, understanding of drawings and technology. Familiarize with customer requirements and project milestones.
• Own your career: Maintain own qualification and develop further based on changes in the portfolio, standards and regulations
• Progress Reporting: Provide accurate site progress utilizing IT-based solutions. Contribute to Cost 2 Complete sessions and support the Electrical Site Managerc
• Contribute to lessons learned processes to improve project excellence and reduce NCCs, e.g. feedback to factories, procurement or engineering

What You Bring

• Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience level or comparable long-term experience as electrically skilled person in the Industry, Higher National Certification.
• First professional experience in Construction of an international Power Transmission, Power Generation or New business field project of significant advantage.
• Experience in international EPC-Projects of advantage
• Ability to understand and analyze complex processes, strong evaluation and decision-making skills, result and quality orientation
• Strong intercultural sensitivity
• Fluent in English (written and verbal), German language and other foreign languages of advantage
• Proactive team player who is focused on positively impacting his environment.
