役割について
| A Snapshot of Your Day The Shift Operator is responsible for monitoring and supporting the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all plant systems. Working both in the Control Room and in the field, you will respond to operational alarms, execute plant start-up and shutdown activities, perform equipment inspections, and support plant availability. You will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, compliance with safety procedures, and continuous plant performance while contributing to a collaborative and diverse team environment. How You’ll Make an Impact · Monitor plant systems and equipment continuously from both the Control Room and the field to ensure safe and reliable operations. · Respond to alarms, operational deviations, and emergency situations, taking appropriate corrective actions to maintain plant performance. · Execute plant start-up, shutdown, and normal operating procedures in accordance with established operating guidelines. · Conduct field inspections, equipment readings, and isolation measures while supporting safe maintenance activities. · Utilize Omnivise Asset Management systems for shift logs, fault notifications, work orders, work plans, and parts requisitions. · Continuously develop technical expertise through training programs, certifications, and on-the-job learning opportunities. What You Bring · Mechanical or Electrical Technical Degree, College Diploma, or equivalent professional experience gained in a similar industrial environment. · Minimum of six years of experience in power generation, industrial plant operations, or a related field. · Strong understanding of industrial plant systems, operating procedures, and equipment performance. · Experience working in a multicultural and diverse team environment. · Proficiency with Omnivise Asset Management, Microsoft Office applications, and other computerized plant management systems. · Professional working proficiency in English, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
