We are looking for Resources Planner to join our service onshore team who will be responsible for the planification of the activity locally based to ensure customer satisfaction, processes and organization implementation, project profitability insuring a high level of safety, quality and productivity under SGRE standards and the company targets.

Some of your key tasks will include but not be limited to:

• Strategic Activity Planning, 30 days to >1 year
• Planning of Scheduled Activities (blade inspections, oil changes, safety, equipment inspections, MDs, CTs, SETs, etc.). Phasing of activity
• Load and Capacity Planning (used for commercial forecast also)
• Planning Meetings
• Management and control of Work Orders (WO) (Completing/closing SO, Notification management - rejected jobs, amending hours/correcting hours..…)
• Raising Notifications/Service Orders for Daily Jobs (Inc. Z1 MORS Notifications)
• Implementing preventive maintenance activities
• Implement scheduled and unscheduled corrective maintenance activities based on activity planning
• Carry out regular site safety checks
• Weekly planning of pending tasks  
• Site Planner and key user in SAP to plan operational activities including:
• Create Task Lists and Maintenance Plans in SAP and monitor created Service Order
• Handle and check different types of Service orders created within SAP
• Retrofits: Plan and provide manpower, tools and spares for retrofit campaign - create and handle Service Order in SAP
• Statutory inspections: Plan and task teams to inspect Lifts, Cranes and any other Statutory inspections in accordance with Contract
• Manage MRS (Multiple Resource Schedule): plan tasks within MRS module of SAP - Assign Service orders to the technicians and build respective team
• Creation of Transfer-Lists: Build teams, dispatch technicians to WTG strategically, manage permit to work, execute customer specific tasks in SAP as deemed applicable
• FSM issue resolution
• Planning for major component replacements or campaign style corrective work- Planner, PM, PMO, WM (Specific Function for Large Corrective Planner)
• Manage project reporting and facilitate team and customer meetings
• Support SOM on customer requests in term of reporting, communication of planning and meeting coordination

Project delivery

•Site planning (Preventive, Corrective…)

•Load and capacity planning for short term planning

•Administers the periodic and preventative maintenance schedules at a Site and plans the respective activities and resources needed at site level

•Organize, implement and maintain schedule management system for operations

•Tracking and control of the degree of fulfillment of the planning of scheduled activities for short term planning

•Enforce a focus on safe work

•Internal/external resource availability planning in coordination with RM&P

•Supporting to SOM to provide transparency to project team via agreed reporting and meetings

•Conducts regular briefing
