役割について
A Snapshot of Your Day
Join us in a dynamic role where you will manage the execution of diverse projects, including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance, as well as retrofits and upgrades. Imagine leading emergency services and overseeing asset management while integrating new technologies related to high-voltage electrical transmission and distribution networks (1KV – 400KV).
You will engage in the installation and commissioning of critical components such as electrical substations, circuit breakers, and power transformers, ensuring that your work supports the reliability and efficiency of our energy systems.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Identify and evaluate service business opportunities at early stages to drive growth.
- Provide sales support during contract negotiations, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Prepare compelling offers and develop innovative technical solutions tailored to client needs.
- Manage projects effectively, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Oversee contract management and coordinate on-site work to optimize resource utilization.
- Manage Field Service resources, including tools, personnel, and equipment, to ensure operational excellence.
- Collaborate with engineering, factory, HSE, procurement, and logistics teams to streamline processes.
- Uphold Health and Safety procedures, ensuring a safe working environment for all.
What You Bring
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in electrical, electronic, energy engineering, or a related field.
- Technical knowledge and experience in project management and high-voltage electrical equipment.
- Proven experience in work management within the electrical sector, including outage conditions.
- Familiarity with service procedures such as predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Salesforce and SAP is desirable.
- Experience managing clients, including utilities, conventional and renewable generators, and EPCs.
- A results-oriented mindset, with strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent teamwork, communication abilities, and adaptability to fast-changing environments.
- Willingness to travel and availability for short to medium-term on-site stays.
- High proficiency in spoken and written Spanish and English.
