A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Senior Warranty Manager in our Offshore Customer Warranty Management team, you will be at the center of managing complex customer claims across technical, commercial, and legal domains. Your day may include negotiating with key customers, handling challenging discussions with professionalism, collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize warranty processes, and supporting the transition from project execution to service. You will play a critical role in ensuring transparency, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead negotiations and manage complex customer discussions with professionalism and competence
- Ensure timely resolution of warranty claims while monitoring and managing budgets for transparency
- Provide clear reporting on claim status and progress to internal and external stakeholders
- Align warranty processes across teams to maintain consistency and efficiency
- Support Operations during handovers from Execution (EXE) to Service (SV)
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize warranty setup and processes
What You Bring
- Proven experience managing relationships with multinational customers and building trust
- Strong understanding of legal, commercial, and technical issues with effective negotiation skills
- Senior-level communication abilities and experience in claim management within complex contracts
- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative, multinational team environment
- Results-driven, proactive, and analytical with persistence to achieve organizational goals
- Excellent written and verbal English skills with attention to tone, grammar, and professional nuance

You will join our Offshore Customer Warranty Management team, part of the Offshore Service organization. This team acts as a key interface between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring that warranty obligations are met efficiently and transparently. We work closely with technical experts, commercial managers, and legal advisors to resolve claims and continuously improve processes.
