As a Senior Project Manager for newly established Power Transformers and Reactors manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless order management services for our customer SEC, making this position ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in fast-paced environments. You will engage in meaningful projects that enhance customer satisfaction through efficient order processing, fulfillment, and issue resolution. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to Siemens Energy’s mission of delivering exceptional service while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. The position will be based in Riyadh and will be relocated to Dammam in the future. 

How You’ll Make an Impact:

* Provide comprehensive order management services, including quoting, processing, and fulfillment.
* Ensure timely release of orders while adhering to established standards and policies.
* Monitor and resolve order issues and processing errors to maintain customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with clients to support order entry, dispatch, and payment processes.
* Prepare and maintain accurate documentation related to order management activities.
* Work closely with internal teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

What You Bring:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
* Proven experience (+10 years) in project management or customer service roles.

* Related working experience or PM qualification for SEC projects
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Proficiency in order management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Commitment to customer satisfaction and continuous process improvement.
