A Snapshot of Your Day

Begin your day with a project revolutionizing high voltage switchgear design, crafting technical solutions, and analyzing risks.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Guide and coach teams in Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban), ensuring alignment with Agile principles and PI (Planning Interval) objectives. Use team boards and metrics to track progress and mitigate risks.
  • Act as a change agent by advocating Agile transformation and educating teams and stakeholders on SAFe roles and practices to enable adoption and localization.
  • Foster Product Owner team excellence: empower self-organization, promote transparency and accountability, and support the PO team in achieving delivery goals.
  • Facilitate team-level Agile ceremonies (iteration/sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives), ensuring sessions are productive, timeboxed, and outcome-focused.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlog and decompose user stories, clarifying acceptance criteria and priorities to ensure deliverable and verifiable sprint goals.
  • Support ART/PI-level activities (PI Planning, system demos, Inspect & Adapt) to ensure team integration and alignment with the Agile Release Train (ART).
  • Represent the team in Scrum of Scrums and work effectively with other Scrum Masters, the RTE, and stakeholders to manage dependencies, optimize workflows, and align with ART objectives.
  • Promote continuous improvement and a Lean-Agile experimentation culture through retrospectives and lessons learned; ensure improvement actions are implemented and validated.
  • Identify impediments and drive resolution; escalate unresolved issues to the RTE or relevant stakeholders and follow through to closure.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or above; degree in engineering or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or equivalent role; experience at enterprise / ART level is preferred.
  • Deep understanding of Agile principles and the SAFe framework; familiar with PI Planning, PI Objectives, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence Product Owners, RTEs, management, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience in cross-team, cross-department, or cross-region collaboration; ability to handle information delays and cultural differences.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficient with Jira / Azure DevOps / Confluence and able to build dashboards and interpret key metrics (e.g., predictability, PI completion, impediment resolution time).
  • Servant leadership mindset, high emotional intelligence, and strong change-driving capability.
