You connect with customers to uncover their needs and turn ideas into innovative energy solutions. Collaborating with teams across the region and globally, you drive opportunities forward and help shape impactful proposals that power business growth.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Review customer RFQs and develop tailored technical and commercial proposals that highlight OEM value.
  • Coordinate cost estimation, risk considerations, and pricing analysis to support competitive and accurate offers.
  • Prepare tender documentation, including technical specifications, drawings, schedules, and compliance materials.
  • Collaborate with global teams (engineering, operations, and supply chain) to refine solutions and align on requirements.
  • Support sales activities such as client discussions, site visits, and follow-ups to help advance opportunities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies, enhancing proposal resources, and supporting business growth initiatives.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Around 3–5 years of experience in an electrical contractor or similar environment, with exposure to preparing service-related quotations.
  • Experience in engineering, site, or field service roles is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the high voltage transmission industry in Malaysia and the Asia Pacific region.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and collaborating across diverse teams and cultures.
  • Proficiency in IT tools such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), SAP, and Salesforce, with good command of English; additional Asian languages are a plus.
