Create smart assistive tools to enhance design decisions, build an internal knowledge base to activate engineering expertise, and automate core workflows to boost productivity.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Digitalization & Insight for R&D:dentify and analyze key data points and optimization opportunities across the R&D lifecycle, building interactive dashboards to turn complex data into clear insights.
- R&D Efficiency Toolchain Development: Create smart assistive tools to enhance design decisions, build an internal knowledge base to activate
engineering expertise, and automate core workflows to boost productivity. - Emerging Tech Exploration & Prototyping: Track cutting-edge technologies like AI (especially Generative AI) and rapidly build Proof-of-Concept (PoC) prototypes to inform technology decisions.
- Project Implementation & Coordination: Manage the end-to-end delivery of small to medium-sized applications and act as the core technical lead on larger projects, coordinating internal and external resources.
What You Bring
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Automation, or a related engineering field.

Bonus Points:
Front-end development experience (e.g., Vue, React).
Experience in digital transformation projects in industrial or B2B sectors.
Experience managing outsourced software projects.
Familiarity with a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, etc.). -
AI Foundation: Solid understanding of fundamental Machine Learning concepts. A strong interest in and foundational knowledge of Large Language
Models (LLMs) is highly desirable. Practical experience leveraging APIs from major AI platforms or using open-source frameworks (e.g., LangChain,
Hugging Face) is a major plus. -
Data: Strong data processing and analysis skills; expert in SQL. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g.,Alteryx, Tableau, ECharts).

Language: Good English (reading and writing) for technical documentation and communication.

Software Engineering: Adherence to software engineering best practices, including version control with Git, unit testing, and CI/CD concepts.

Programming: Proficiency in Python and its ecosystem (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn). Experience building APIs with web frameworks (e.g.,
FastAPI, Flask) is essential. -
Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience with a proven track record in data analysis, software development, or AI application deployment.
