A Snapshot of Your Day

This role is critical to mitigate risks of delayed issue resolution and stalled project implementations by providing dedicated expertise for the SAP Field Service Management (FSM) platform. The role is structured around three core areas: solution architecture for new implementations, operational support for existing systems, and process optimization leveraging DevOps principles. This focus ensures the role both delivers on project backlogs and maintains the stability and performance of current FSM services. Given the focus on SAP FSM, the ideal candidate will possess proven experience in designing and configuring SAP service modules. This includes strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, combined with a practical understanding of how to apply DevOps methodologies to the SAP application lifecycle.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Analyze business requirements from stakeholders in the Project Execution and Service domains to design robust and scalable SAP FSM solutions.
  • Develop detailed architectural designs, process flows, and technical specifications for FSM implementations and enhancements.
  • Configure and customize the SAP FSM module to meet specific business needs, ensuring alignment with overall platform strategy.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for solution designs, configurations, and implementation processes.
  • Support S/4HANA projects in implementing end to end field service processes
  • Act as the subject matter expert for resolving complex technical and functional issues within the SAP FSM environment to ensure operational stability.
  • Perform root cause analysis for recurring problems and implement permanent fixes to improve system reliability.
  • Monitor system performance and health, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact business operations.
  • Ensure stability and issue resolution for SnapLogic interfaces
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and improvement within the FSM landscape using scripting and other DevOps tools.
  • Manage application lifecycle and configuration management for the FSM platform, adhering to DevOps best practices.

What You Bring

  • SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in SAP implementation and configuration, with a specific focus on SAP FSM, CS, or other service-related modules.
  • DevOps & AI (Agile Methodology)
  • Behavioral & Problem Solving
