A Snapshot of Your Day

SAP CPI Expert play a role of service manager in near future and will be provided an atmosphere to learn & develop your skills in various dimensions & technologies.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Ensure accurate and timely resolution of all assigned issues and requests in a highly professional service environment.

Create and maintain strong operational relationships with internal and external partners and other key collaborators.Accurately report all critical metrics including the work performed through ticketing system with details and outcomes.

Bring up product bugs or unresolvable cases to right channels

Manage and monitor licenses, subscriptions, and user management as necessary.Perform regular service reporting to all the key collaborators

Release management: drive implementation of releases at connected locationsPossible roll-out management (connect new sites, plants)

Analyze customer needs, document requirements, and design technical solutions.

Partner with other architects, vendors, partners, business, and technical teams to understand business needs and translate them into capability/platform roadmaps and work toward realizing the roadmaps for your services.

Excellent written and verbal communication from both business and technical perspectives in English language.

You will collaborate with the team to drive innovation, share knowledge, and support each other.

You will be responsible to meet deadlines and working across timezone to support Siemens Energy internal and external customers.

 Ensure alignment to defined guidelines, processes, and procedures, while working within the work with development team to design and implement innovative solutions with a focus on adhering to standards, best practices, and code quality techniques

Build and maintain effective working relationship with service team of partner systems.

What You Bring

  • Total 6-8 years of work experience into Data Integration with at least 4+ years of experience as SAP CI expert with exposure to integration service management.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering with Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
  • Managing collaborators from across geographies through clearly defined and governed processes, achieved through an amalgamation of standardized methodologies and practices (including conventional and agile methodologies).
  • Customer-focused attitude with deep technical capability to achieve timely delivery of services.
  • Planning and managing enterprise level services/applications for given KPI Targets in time and within budget.
  • Working into SAP Integration suite or SAP CPI.
  • Good to have experience in EQube MI as an advantage.
  • Solid foundation into consulting, architecture and design focused on Enterprise Integration,service oriented architecture, Application Integration & good to have Business to Business (B2B) knowledge.
  • Key expertise in providing Integration recommendation of leading iPaaS products (SAP CPI + EQube MI).
  • Good to have experience on configuration and extension of standard iFlows and knowledge of API frameworks, ODATA & Integration via API’s.
  • Excellent skills on user documentation.
  • Good understanding of web methodologies, REST Architecture, SOA, ESB, APIs, Web services, XSD, WSDL, Open API, XML, JSON, EDIFACT, X.12, ABAP Proxy, OData, Flat file.
  • Protocols – AS2, HTTP(S), SOAP, JDBC, JMS. Mail, (S)FTP, SAP Adapters – IDoc, RFC, XI.
  • Interface architecture knowledge with one or more on-premises/ SaaS packaged solutions for ERP, CRM, PLM, DMS, DMC, MES, Success Factor, workday systems (e.g., SAP, S/4 Hana, Salesforce, Teamcenter, Oracle etc.)
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills and an ability to help customers find the right solution (not the obvious/easy one).
  • Flexible in terms of short term and long-term travel.
