A Snapshot of Your Day: 

As a Routine Test Technician at Siemens Energy, you will play a vital role in integrating electronic components with mechanical elements to create functional systems and devices. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are skilled in fabricating complex cable assemblies. You will contribute to meaningful projects that ensure the reliability and performance of our products, directly impacting client satisfaction and Siemens Energy’s mission while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and quality within the team.

How You’ll Make an Impact:
  • Integrate electronic components with mechanical elements to assemble functional systems according to specifications.
  • Fabricate complex, twisted, shielded, coaxial cable assemblies using hand and power tools.
  • Utilize through-hole mounting schemes and surface mounting techniques for effective assembly.
  • Perform soldering and circuit layout tasks to ensure high-quality connections.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of assembly processes and test results for quality assurance.

What You Bring:
  • Proven experience in electronic assembly and fabrication.
  • Strong knowledge of soldering techniques and circuit layout.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools for assembly tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
