役割について
- Establishment of best-in-class methodologies for humanoid robotics self-learning, including perception, whole-body control, loco-manipulation, and planning
- Enablement of safe, scalable deployment of learning-based autonomy in factory and field environments
- Integration of research-grade humanoid AI into industrial-grade systems, ensuring robustness, validation, and operational readiness
- Definition of learning paradigms and system architectures, including supervised, reinforcement, hybrid learning, and boundaries between learning and deterministic control
- Design and governance of sim-to-real pipelines, data strategies, and AI lifecycle management, including monitoring, retraining, and deployment playbooks
- Ensuring safety, certification, compliance, and resilience, including autonomy levels, fail-safe mechanisms, and degradation strategies
- A PhD or Master or equivalent expertise in Robotics, AI, Control, or Autonomous Systems
- Extensive long-standing experience in applying ML & AI to physical, real-world systems
- Deep understanding of perception, control, planning, and learning under uncertainty
- Proven track record of deploying AI from pilot stages into industrial operations
- Strong expertise in functional safety and risk mitigation for adaptive systems
- Ability to translate complex AI concepts into engineering and leadership decisions
