Are you an experienced Lean Six Sigma practitioner with a strong customer-centric approach looking to make a significant impact in a thriving business? We are seeking a professional for Risk and Non-Conformity Cost Management to drive Risk Assessments across the Europe and Africa Region of Gas Services. You will collaborate with representatives from every domain involved in a bid/project, focusing on meeting and exceeding customer quality expectations through successful project implementation and significantly reducing non-conformances.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Identify and prioritize complex improvement projects in the Europe and Africa Region of Gas Services.
• Implement structured risk management processes for identification, evaluation, prioritization, and mitigation.
• Drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma to enhance process reliability and reduce inefficiencies.
• Oversee the lifecycle of risk mitigation measures during project proposal and implementation phases.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of risk management activities in the Project Risk Register.
• Conduct quality audits, facilitate Lessons Learned sessions, and monitor Non-Conformance Costs with corrective actions.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a technical field, with experience in Project and Risk Management, preferably in Gas Services.
• Lean Six Sigma certification (preferably Black Belt) and hands-on experience with related tools and methodologies.
• Expertise in Continuous Improvement and Technical Quality Management, including Root Cause Analysis, FMEA, and CAPA.
• Knowledge of risk and quality management standards like ISO 9001, with mandatory ISO 9001 internal auditor certification.
• Experience with digitalization solutions to enhance reporting processes and the ability to deliver training on Risk & Non-Conformance management.
• Proactive, self-driven, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills and willingness to travel globally (20-30%). Fluency in English required; German is a plus.

About the Team

Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
