The Regional PDM (Product Development Manager) Compression (CP) for Gas Services Distributed in the Region Latin America represents the CP Product Line. This role is responsible to integrate and bridge the connection between the region and the product line for all CP opportunities, assisting in the sales / marketing activities in the region for CP as required. You will be responsible for developing the (Regional) CP business, with particular focus in Modifications & Upgrades of the portfolio!

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead the management for CP Mods & Ups (M&U) opportunities, in coordination with responsible PCCs and Client Managers.
• Responsible for detecting CP focused, leading the CP scope definition phase along with customer and regional Sales Client Managers.
• Develop the M&Us proposal, integrating all technical, commercial and legal aspects, collaborating with all necessary internal and external stakeholders.
• Support and review of opportunities in each Latin America Sales Subregion through a selectivity process to determine bid strategy and technical solution. Manage Salesforce tool to track sales opportunities related with CP business, forecast reviews and financial metrics.
• Responsible to lead the LoA process in the region for CP related opportunities.
• Perform regular visits to regional CP customers to present our service capabilities and increase customer intimacy in order to maximize CP opportunities.

What You Bring

• BA/BS or related degree. 8+ years industry experience for compression products under Distributed, with proven technical knowledge on Oil & Gas and power generation market.
• Fluent in English, Spanish (verbal and written) and/or Portuguese, preferred.
• Extensive commercial development experience including contractual negotiation.
• Effective communication across teams; organized working style to manage several projects. Excellent presentation skills!
• Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
