A Snapshot of Your Day

In most of your day, you will be leading/supporting customer non- conformance resolution through root cause analysis methods and tools, leading cross-functional teams to solve problems, supervise CAPAs and develop 8D, collect and analyze relevant data to provide support for improvement to ensure quality, representation of costumer interests and continuous production.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Develop and Implement QA Processes: Design and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure products meet required standards, responsible to facilitate the Integrated Quality System maintenance
• Inspection and Testing: Perform inspections and tests on products and process to ensure they meet quality standards, modify the Q-Inspectors check sheets based on Customer’s and investigation inputs
• Defect Identification: coordinate, communicate and handle internal quality issues, claims deal with nonconformance products in production process and identify and document deviations (rework submission, 8D's, change management)
• Training: promote quality culture in the production process and train employees on all quality related issues and processes
• Continuous Improvement: Identify product quality risks and reduce the disturbance of quality issues to the production process, carries out quality improvement projects, ensure to continuously improve process quality performance corrective/preventive actions.
• Corrective Actions: Work with production teams to implement corrective actions for identified defects, implementing Lesson Learned

What You Bring

• At least 5 years experience in quality or related areas
• A bachelor's degree - Industrial, Electrical engineering, or quality management.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to assess quality data and identify trends or areas for improvement.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with other departments (Production, Engineering, Technology, Purchasing)
• Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Fluent English both verbal and written

About the Team

We are a growing quality engineer and inspector team of 20 , who are inspecting and assuring the quality processes and continuous production, maintain, and develop the integrated management system
