役割について
A snapshot of your Day
This position is an addition to the EHS, Quality, and Security (EQS) management team at the Switchgears plant in Queretaro. The primary business driver is to establish and lead a comprehensive "Zero Failures" quality culture, ensuring the highest standards of product safety and excellence from material reception through final delivery. To achieve this, the role is structured around three core pillars: strategic leadership and team development, end-to-end process and supplier quality assurance, and the cultivation of a continuous improvement mindset. This involves managing the quality team, implementing robust quality gates and supplier controls, and driving data-informed process enhancements across the facility. Given the focus on strategic oversight and technical execution, the ideal candidate will possess proven experience managing quality departments in complex manufacturing environments. Essential requirements include a strong background in quality systems like Lean Six Sigma, deep knowledge of supplier management and product safety, and bilingual leadership capabilities to inspire a team and collaborate effectively with international counterparts.
