- Review customer contract and specifications during the project for quality aspects such as (country-specific) certifications and product safety
- Support the PM in presenting deviations to the customer and obtaining approvals for NCRs
- Ensure proper documentation to prove the resolution of punch items and review quality items in supplier contracts, including the supplier ITP
- Coordinate and monitor Quality Plans for the project, including the project ITP, and ensure the fulfillment of project requirements
- Participate in PACT workshops to identify and communicate quality risks, as well as in Risk & Opportunity Assessments (ROA) and updates
- Support the customer through the creation of Site Quality Plans, attend inspections and tests as required, support and monitor Quality Gates, assist in customer audits, and release the final Quality Documentation package
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in an Engineering or Quality field
- Several years of relevant working experience, including experience in oil and gas, power plant or EPC projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of Quality requirements and strict alignment to them in the Gas Compression industry
- Ability to analyze data with a broad view in developing creative issue resolution as well as critical thinking and creative problem solving
- Enjoy collaborating with a diverse team on a global scale in an encouraging and engaging manner while also being involved in organizational change and embracing innovation
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), fluent in German and English (written and spoken) and ability to travel internationally
