A Snapshot of Your Day
This function requires dedicated, self‐starting, creative individuals with a working knowledge of combustion turbine plants, project engineering skills, and good commercial sense. Do – plan – execute - coordinate, in an expedited fashion, anything and everything that’s required to get results, within compliance.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Provide prime customer interface and manage Long Term Program (LTP) Maintenance contracts for CT based combined cycle power plants.
- PM will work with the FSI DSO (District Service Office) and the service Platform Team to implement plant services, outages and resolve customer issues.
- With customer, plan, schedule, make recommendations and implement CT, Gen, and ST outages.
- Analyze, interpret, and help resolve problems associated with forced outages.
- Manage the contract parts ordering/delivery and repairs.
- Manage LTP contract program financials and present financial status to LTP management each Quarter.
What You Bring
- University Degree in: Mechanical, Electrical, I&C or related Engineering. BS in engineering, or advanced degree in engineering.
- Languages at professional working proficiency level: Spanish 100%, English 75% at least – able to conduct high stress meetings, receive training, and orally present reports in English.
- Professional Experience: 5 to 8 years of successful Gas Turbine experience. Technical Knowledge: Gas turbines, control systems, power plant operations and maintenance. The selected candidate will be required to attain the IPMA certification within 1 year.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for up to 50% of the time: Able to travel to sites sometimes once a month for about 5 days, sometimes 3 days every 90 days. Able to travel to the USA for meetings and training, and Europe. Must have an unrestricted USA VISA.
- Openly available for Internal and Customer interaction, either remote or in-person. A high degree of customer relationship management and financial project management skills are required. Smart Customer relationship, that can sustain a very long-term Customer relationship while maintaining professional distance and enforcing contractual boundaries.
