As project manager in Bulgaria you join a team of 23 people which represent a center of proficiencies in nuclear generation and support and business administration professionals all of us managed by Managing and Financial Directors.

How You’ll Make an Impact
- Responsible for managing both technical and organizational aspects of project activities.
- Identify risks, opportunities, and market forces to mitigate potential damage and exploit opportunities through tailored risk and claim management.
- Coordinate project management and site activities with subcontractors, surveillance engineers, and customers.
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships to ensure long-term retention, satisfaction, and growth potential.
- Collect and share market information to improve visibility through regular updates of internal tools.
- Visit customers to understand their needs, provide training on new products and solutions, and support local sales teams in achieving company targets.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in electrical engineering (Power Systems), or equivalent
- Professional with a technical experience in transmission and distribution systems with more than 3 years of experience is mandatory.
- Previous project execution experience in the Energy Sector is highly desirable as well as a track record of successfully managing energy projects
- Comprehensive understanding of project management activities and tasks, as well as knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for business on a national and international level
- Valid B category driving license and very good English and Bulgarian language skills.
