A Snapshot of Your Day
Scheduling and adjusting production plans based on customer orders/forecasts, material status, and capacity, communicating closely with teams like production, PM, and WH to ensure plan fulfillment, focuses on continuous improvement—boosting efficiency/quality via automation and digital tools
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Schedule and adjust production plan according to the customer orders / forecast, materials status and production capacity.
- Monitor production time, production sequence and production output, and make sure material supply match the production plan. Try to avoid missing parts and over stocking.
- Balance production capacity and project demand. Optimize related manpower, device, material and production process.
- Handling of production order in system ((release / adjust / close)
- Keep close communication with production, PM, OP, WH,ENG and Q function to make sure the production plan be fulfilled. Fast response once disturbance occurred.
- Data analysis for production output and missing parts. Also, for long term production capacity extension and supplier capacity expansion. Prepare relevant planning reports to support the department and management decision.
- Continuous improvement and increase operation efficiency and quality. Optimize daily work via automation, digitalization technology and tools.
- Keep quality mindset and priority, coordinate quality issue handling from production line.
- Temporary task defined by department manager.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical, electrical or automation related.
- More than 3 years' experience in PMC environment, at least two years production plan or material manage experience.
- Experience of ERP system (SAP/SO,PP,MM modules)
- Experience of digital system (MES,LES,PES,APS),Experience of office application, VBA, access, Query SQL, power bi, tableau, RDA/RPA
- Experience of Production planning (supply processing and monitoring, production planning strategy, execution and analysis, FC)
- Experience of project management, (lean/agile SCM, continuous improvement)
- Experience of multi-culture and working experience abroad is preferred
