How You’ll Make an Impact

• Attend 100% of the program (emergency and sick leaves are to be considered)
• Enjoy the high-performance culture and learning ride.
• Complete the assigned tasks and duties.
• Abide by Siemens Energy internal regulations and guidelines.

What you Bring

• You are currently studying a bachelor's degree and is probably in your senior year, looking to complete your university required COOP/Applied Learning training.
• You will graduate in 2025 or 2026 (strictly)
• You had active participation in extracurricular activities and projects during your university years.
• You demonstrate curiosity learning abilities, with ambition and strong communication skills.
• You enjoy working independently, safely, and responsibly; take ownership of challenges and ideas.
• You are energized by collaborating with others to find innovative solutions.
• Think logically, willingness to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving.
• You have an excellent command in English, both spoken and written.
