This role ensures business continuity for the Payroll & HR Services function for Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama and Dominican Republic. As a Senior Professional, it focuses on three core areas: end-to-end payroll and benefits administration, HR systems and data management, and regulatory compliance with continuous process improvement. The position requires strong expertise in Mexican payroll regulations, experience with complex payroll systems, and the ability to work independently while managing detailed and critical processes.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Manage the end-to-end payroll processes for employees in Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Rep Dominicana and Panama. Ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations, ensuring correct payroll deductions and contributions.
• Handle and resolve complex payroll inquiries and discrepancies from employees and managers with tact and efficiency.
• Audit process for payroll calculations specific to union agreements, ensuring compliance with collective bargaining terms.
• Manage payments through banking portals, ensuring timely and secure fund transfers.
• Coordinate with and manage external payroll and benefits providers to ensure service levels are met.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in end-to-end Mexican payroll processing, preferably within a multinational corporate environment - Desirable knowledge in Payroll for LATAM countries.
• Demonstrated experience with union-related payroll administration is highly desirable
• Advanced level of English.
• Advanced Excel knowledge and Workday experience is desirable.
• Analytical skills, troubleshooting, attention to details, team player, curiosity, tech driven.

PSS is a tech-driven function focused on designing, optimizing, and delivering people-centric solutions that enhance employee experience, drive operational excellence, and support business growth.

As part of PSS, the Payroll Specialist will collaborate closely with teams across HR systems, employee services, and process optimization, leveraging a strong technology mindset to continuously improve processes, enable automation, and contribute to scalable, data-driven HR solutions.
