役割について
A Snapshot Of Your Day
You will support Siemens Energy’s Transmission Services business through planned and reactive maintenance on customer assets, ensuring safety, quality and technical compliance at every stage. Working within a close-knit maintenance team, either site-based or mobile, you will play a key role in asset performance, customer satisfaction, and high voltage safety operations.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Deliver planned and reactive maintenance to ensure asset reliability, safety and performance.
- Develop and implement maintenance routines for plant and equipment in line with contract scope.
- Prepare and complete accurate records, test reports, and method statements on the Maintenance Management System.
- Comply with all SHEQ, safety rules, statutory regulations and Siemens Energy procedures.
- Undertake fault investigations and support root cause analysis to inform asset improvements.
- Participate in a 24/7 standby rota and support colleagues on call when required.
- Progress towards Senior Authorised Person and Control Person Safety status under Siemens Energy and customer safety rules.
- Support lifecycle asset management including risk assessments, life costing, performance monitoring and continual improvement initiatives.
What You Bring
- Proven experience in a maintenance environment, ideally within industrial sites or electrical substations.
- Strong awareness of Health & Safety and Risk Management, with a proactive safety attitude.
- IT literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and Maintenance Management Systems.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and customer-focused approach.
- Evidence of strong organisation and teamwork capabilities.
- Willingness to undertake relevant training and obtain high voltage authorisations.
- Qualifications: HNC or Advanced Craft Level 6 in Electrical, Mechanical or relevant subject area desirable but not essential.
