How You’ll Make an Impact

• Lead analytics to improve turbine and offshore windfarm energy production with actionable insights
• Carry out performance testing on upgrade solutions, ensuring accurate methodologies using Python and MATLAB
• Define and propose new test methods for aftermarket products, reviewing customer requests and offering solutions
• Analyze operational data to identify root causes of performance issues and provide technical support across departments
• Develop automation tools and simulation models to forecast the potential value of new solutions
• Deliver findings from engineering performance data to drive improvements across engineering, supply chain, and operations teams
• Partner with team leads to develop and implement new tools, procedures, and practices that elevate team knowledge and output

What You Bring

• A bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Engineering in field of Mechanical or Aerodynamics.
• 3-5 years’ technical experience with deep expertise in data analysis—using Python, MATLAB, Minitab—to assess and model industrial performance
• Professional background in automatic control systems, electromechanical systems, or industrial instrumentation/testing
• Knowledge and hands-on experience with databases, SCADA systems, controller systems, and industrial communications
• Strong skills in Power BI dashboard and data modeling; experience in technical support roles within wind or electromechanical industries
• A collaborative, proactive, and persistent approach, with the ability to work across a multicultural, matrixed environment
