We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Market & Strategy Senior Analyst. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, strategic thinking, and the ability to deliver actionable insights that shape business decisions. Candidates with prior consulting experience and a deep understanding of energy and industrial sectors will thrive in this position.

How You’ll Make an Impact

●       Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration; Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.

●       Experience: 5+ years in market research and strategic analysis (energy/industrial sectors preferred); consulting background and knowledge of Latin American markets are strong advantages.

●       Skills: Strong research and analytical abilities, data-driven decision-making, and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI and CRM experience is a plus.

●       Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills in English and Spanish; ability to present findings clearly and persuasively.

●       Leadership & Collaboration: Proven ability to lead cross-functional, international projects; manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments; engage senior management; and foster teamwork.

What You Bring 

●       Conduct in-depth market studies to analyze medium- and long-term trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes in key energy sectors.

●       Identify emerging trends across Latin American countries and provide strategic recommendations.

●       Support the identification of business opportunities and assist in designing actionable plans to capture them.

●       Collaborate with Management, Sales, and Government Affairs teams to strengthen market positioning and enhance the value proposition.

●       Prepare and deliver clear, insightful presentations and reports to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
