A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Level 2 FPI Technician, you’ll play an important role in our additive manufacturing process by ensuring the integrity and quality of critical components. Working on the late shift, you will carry out penetrant inspection to EN4179 or NAS410 standards, while supporting other non-destructive inspection methods. Each day, you will help safeguard the reliability of parts used in highly regulated industries, working as part of a collaborative and expanding inspection team.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Perform and evaluate fluorescent penetrant inspection (FPI) in line with applicable standards and procedures.
- Carry out pre- and post-cleaning of components and process them through the FPI line.
- Interpret inspection results and prepare clear, accurate reports, highlighting deviations where necessary.
- Conduct routine maintenance and process checks on inspection equipment.
- Support other inspection methods, such as visual checks and airflow testing.
What You Bring
- At least two years of PT Level II experience, certified to EN4179 or NAS410.
- Competence in penetrant testing and inspection of metal components, with experience in FPI processes.
- Ability to read and interpret specifications, techniques, and standards.
- Confident IT skills and fluency in English.
- A thorough understanding of inspection and testing processes, with a strong focus on quality and safety.
- Ideally, ISO 9712 (PCN) or ASNT Level 2 (or higher) in visual inspection.
- Experience with additively manufactured, cast, or welded metal components desirable
- Background in aerospace or automotive industries desirable
- Knowledge of dimensional inspection and airflow testing techniques desirable

Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.
