How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Lead the planning and coordination of Pre-Assembly and Commissioning Harbours, ensuring compliance with project requirements, budgets, and industry best practices, supported by Senior Pre-Assembly & Harbor Planning Manager
  • Develop detailed project-specific plans for mobilization, tower build analysis, equipment deployment, component delivery, and demobilization.
  • Define site layouts for pre-assembly and commissioning activities, incorporating infrastructure, storage, heavy-lift areas, transportation routes, and site-specific constraints.
  • Collaborate with marine operations, lifting specialists, procurement, and contractors to align crane setups, electrical infrastructure, and logistical operations.
  • Manage contractor and supplier tender processes, ensuring timely procurement and budget compliance for all pre-assembly scope activities.
  • Oversee identification and readiness of project-specific tooling, spares, and operational resources.
  • Participate in sales, planning, and execution phases to align harbour requirements with overall project strategy.
  • Conduct periodic reviews during project execution to compare planned vs. actual performance, addressing deviations proactively.
  • Support lessons learned initiatives to drive continuous improvement and apply best practices to future projects.

To be successful in this role:

  • You have a relevant technical background with commercial flair or vice versa
  • You have a prior profound knowledge site and engineering, expert user AutoCAD, etc. 3d design 
  • You have min. 3-5 years of experience, preferably from a similar position in an international organization
  • You should be experienced in building strong relations, solving issues in a non-confrontational way, and thus ensuring that our subcontractors/contractors and SGRE comply with our contracts and deliverables
  • You are talented at multi stakeholder management and achieve your results through great negotiation skills
  • As a person, you are structured, but at the same time you thrive in a dynamic environment
  • You are persistent, solution oriented and you possess an intercultural understanding
  • You have excellent communication and English skills, both speaking and in writing
  • You are available to travel, if required (approx. 30 days per year)
  • Qualified applicants may be allowed remote working opportunities, based on business needs
  • People management and good communication capabilities, ability to inspire others showing commitment to achieving targets / goals.
  • Demonstrates good decision-making skills and takes responsibility for decisions taken.
