A Snapshot of Your Day 

Join our dynamic team as an Intern in Quality Management! You will be part of a small, international, and motivated group focused on global quality topics. Your primary responsibility will be to support the design and development of training videos, e-learning modules, and supporting materials that bring our processes and quality standards to life for a global audience. Imagine translating complex topics into clear, engaging formats alongside passionate colleagues. From scripting and storyboarding to visual design and video editing, your creativity will enhance understanding and compliance across the organization. You will gain hands-on experience with digital tools while contributing to new initiatives in efficiency and knowledge sharing. Your ideas and opinions will be valued, helping us improve our operations daily. How You’ll Make an Impact 
  • Design and produce engaging training materials, including video tutorials, animations, and presentation content for our Quality Management processes
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate technical information into learner-friendly training formats
  • Support the development of e-learning concepts, storyboards, scripts, and visual assets
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating training roll-outs and workshops
  • Contribute to our communication activities by designing promotional material for training sessions (e.g., newsletters, intranet posts, social media teasers)
  • Help improve efficiencies in the way training content is created, stored, and accessed

What You Bring
  • Current enrollment in a degree program (e.g., Media Design, Communications, Instructional Design, Business Administration, or related field)
  • Creativity and a strong interest in instructional design, visual communication, and video production
  • Basic experience with video editing tools and presentation tools (PowerPoint essential)
  • Strong ability to structure information and tell stories visually
  • Comfortable working independently and in a team, with good communication skills, and enthusiasm for learning new tools and methods, and an eye for detail in design and qualit
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus
