In this role, you will take on a key position in the development and management of our IT landscape in the field of plant engineering. You must possess good communication and analytical skills.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Management and Development of our Azure Environment:
• Ensuring the availability, scalability, and security of the cloud infrastructure
• Optimizing the Azure environment to meet the requirements of engineering tools
• Monitoring and managing resources in the Azure cloud
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining the software solutions
• Supporting departments in the use of the tools
• Ensuring integration into the existing IT landscape
• Developing and implementing interfaces between EPLAN, Engineering Base, and other systems (e.g., ERP, PLM)
• Ensuring smooth data exchange between systems
• Analyzing and optimizing existing interfaces
• Observing market trends and new technologies in the areas of cloud, engineering tools, and interface management
• Introducing innovations to continuously improve the IT landscape

What You Bring

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in managing Azure environments (minimum AZ-104 Azure Administrator Associate)
• Solid knowledge in the provision and administration of engineering applications like EPLAN and Engineering Base
• Experience in implementing interfaces, ideally with SnapLogic or similar tools
• Advanced knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure automation and PowerShell (or similar)
• Basic understanding of Active Directory and Entra ID
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a structured approach to work
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
