As Head of Order Execution Subregion Western EU you will lead a team within your designated subregion to ensure flawless execution of product projects. Your role encompasses end-to-end project management, including order execution, delivery precision, quality assurance, environmental health and safety (EHS), and logistics. You will be accountable to achieve expected profit margins, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring high customer satisfaction, while collaborating closely with regional and global stakeholders across GT and SE.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the team within your subregion, ensuring excellence in project execution
- Oversee critical aspects of project execution, compliance with EHS standards, order fulfillment, delivery management, quality control and logistics coordination
- Identify potential risks early, implement effective mitigation strategies, and maintain transparency to prevent disruptions
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders in your subregion, addressing escalations effectively and exceeding expectations
- Manage risks and opportunities strategically to drive revenue growth, optimize cash flow, and improve financial outcomes
- University degree in electrical/electronic engineering or a related technical field as well as long term of progressive experience in project management, operations, or order execution, ideally within the energy transmission sector
- Proven ability to manage complex negotiations successfully as well as strong capability to build customer relationships and leverage market insights. Deep understanding of Western Europe’s culture and customer landscape
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMI, IPMA) are an advantage
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills, with experience managing multicultural teams across diverse geographies
- Fluency in English and one Western European language is mandatory; any additional languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel within the subregion and adapt to varying contexts during project execution
