役割について
- Ensure Lean is practiced directly at the point of execution by leading Kaizen workshops, observing work on the shop floor, driving 5S, identifying waste, improving flow, and helping teams solve real operational problems through hands on Lean application
- Deploy Lean strategy and standards globally, translating guidelines into practical routines; coach managers and teams in value stream mapping, takt/flow design, standard work, visual management, and structured problem solving
- Partner closely with site leaders to embed Lean across the full value chain, supporting opportunity scoping, initiative prioritization, resource alignment, and disciplined execution of improvement plans
- Build Lean capability across factories by coordinating practical training, running workshops, enabling Gemba based learning, and ensuring teams understand how to apply Lean in daily operations
- Monitor progress using facts and workplace validation, driving KPI follow up, ensuring corrective actions are completed, and coaching teams through performance deviations using structured problem solving methods
- Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement by integrating HOP principles, strengthening cross site collaboration, sharing best practices, coordinating Lean communities, and overseeing the Lean training programs to deliver practical training at all levels
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical or operation-related field, preferably in a technical or operation-related field such as engineering, industrial engineering, production systems, or a comparable qualification
- You bring 10+ years of experience in practical Lean and Operational Excellence experience in manufacturing or a related industrial environment, ideally in automotive or toher related manufacturing business
- Demonstrated hands-on leadership in driving continuous improvement, leading Lean transformations, and improving key KPIs is crucial
- You have a strong background in Lean methodologies, including value stream design, flow optimization, and structured problem-solving
- Proven capability in leading workshops, coaching leaders and Lean practitioners, and facilitating cross-functional improvement teams
- You are comfortable operating in an international environment, with strong written English skills (additional languages such as German, Portuguese) and a readiness for regular travel
