役割について
A Snapshot of Your Day
Responsible for leading and implementing the end-to-end proposal process for Control & Digitalization offerings. This role ensures alignment between technical, commercial, and strategic goals, driving competitiveness, operational excellence, and regional growth. The role will also interface closely with Sales, Engineering, Finance, and Field Operations, while fostering a high-performing team culture across the region.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Lead the Bid Management team in Latin America for developing solution/proposal with all internal teams and transferring to the implementation, ensuring high-quality, timely, and competitive proposals for all offerings within Controls & Digitalization.
- Define and implement standard processes and lean methodologies to improve proposal cycle times, compliance, and team productivity, including the management of PSS Tool App at all levels, especially for assigned bid developers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Engineering, and Execution teams to align technical and commercial strategies, improving hit rates and customer satisfaction.
- Develop regional strategies to increase competitiveness through localization of scope, cost optimization, and differentiated value propositions. Alongside the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the Bid Management team in the region.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring visibility, continuous improvement, and alignment with business targets.
- Further talent development within the team, encouraging technical and commercial growth and ensuring succession planning for critical roles. Be compliant with the protocols, policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current integral management system (EHS, Quality).
What You Bring
- Must possess a personality that gives a client a feeling of trust and very professional attitude, and understanding of other cultures, be able to adapt to a constantly changing work environment.
- University Degree in engineering (electrical, control, electronics, mechanical or similar)
- +5 years of professional experience in proposals, sales, engineering, or commercial leadership roles
- Technical Knowledge with DCS, Control Systems, AVR and Digitalization products
- English at professional working proficiency level. Portuguese as desirable.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of time
About the team:
The selected person will work in the department GS CD, where we are responsible for Servicing Installed Base Power Plant Control Systems and Digitalization. The Specialist Professional is responsible to coordinate all offer activities to achieve specific goals in diverse products, customers request and amounts based in BU Strategy and support other team members.
