Imagine starting your day with a team that thrives on collaboration and innovation. As an HRBP at Siemens Energy in Taiwan, you'll engage in impactful projects that drive both local and regional HR strategies. Your role will be pivotal in fostering a positive work environment, enhancing work relationships, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. You will work closely with business managers and employees, contributing to the growth and success of our offshore business within Taiwan and the APAC region.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Drive the local implementation of effective HR programs, including recruiting, people development, compensation & benefits, organizational development, and change management.
- Partner with business managers to review short and long-term business needs, initiating strategic workforce planning and development.
- Develop and implement succession plans to build a robust local talent pipeline.
- Coach business managers on day-to-day performance and development issues, maintaining a positive working environment.
- Work together with business managers and employees to improve work relationships, boost morale, and enhance retention.
- Advise business managers on general HR topics to mitigate legal risks and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
What You Bring
- University graduate or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience.
- Proven HR generalist experience with strong knowledge in at least two areas such as recruitment, learning development, compensation & benefits, or change management.
- Exceptional verbal and written bi-lingual communication skills, with the ability to interact cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
- High degree of autonomy, with the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Positive and accommodating approach towards customers, paired with strong project management and problem-solving capabilities.
- Flexible, well-organized, diligent, and a great teammate.
- Extensive experience managing employment relationships with blue-collar and rotational workers, with proven successful records.
