How You’ll Make an Impact 

• Collaborate with the Proposals Manager and Sales team to prepare pre-qualification documents and submissions. 
• Analyse tender invitations to understand customer requirements and project drivers. 
• Develop winning bid strategies in alignment with business targets and strategies. 
• Lead the Capture Team to ensure timely delivery of all tender-related documents. 
• Engage with Procurement and Commercial teams to manage supplier and subcontractor inquiries. 

What You Bring 

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritise tasks for turnkey projects. 
• Ability to navigate internal approvals and deliver compelling customer presentations. 
• Strong leadership skills with a proactive, self-starter attitude. 
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit. 
• Eagerness to develop technical and commercial expertise. 
• Engineering or Commercial degree.
